Heading up a unique area within Marketing at Barclays, she has delivered on the Bank's promise to be at the forefront of technology in the 21st century. Shareen has created an ‘all-star’ team to bring SportsTech to fruition with her at the head as founder and CEO.

Alkesh is a passionate and driven individual, who has been at the forefront of the current fintech revolution. Alkesh has held several senior positions with established tech firms and has built his own fintech business in the past. Covering diverse sectors from manufacturing, sales to defence, Alkesh will be directing the technology pillar for STGC 21 to excellence.

Paresh was a trader and market maker on LIFFE. Assisting the growth of numerous businesses ranging from a stock broking firm, hedge fund and more recently a property development company, Paresh joins us to help bring meaning and substance to the Philanthropy pillar of STGC 21. Paresh currently volunteers internationally to promote meditation through Sahaja Yoga. Paresh brings his financial acumen and partnership experience to the STGC 21 family as Chief Financial Officer.

Carlos is an ex-football player from Portugal. After hanging up his boots he went into the corporate world and operates as the UK Head of Sales for a large organisation. Several years ago he also successfully founded and now manages his own football agency. Carlos is bringing his business acumen and wealth of partnership development expertise to the STGC 21 family as Director of Sales.

Satdev has expertise in Property Management & Business networking with local businesses having worked in the travel industry both in agency level & commercial airline. Satdev is the Local chairman of business for Seven kings, Chadwell Heath & Goodmayes working along with Redbridge council & the London Mayor.
Head of Hackathon
Bart Lewandowski is a serial entrepreneur. He's the CEO and founder of several tech and non-tech companies in Canada, Germany and Poland. Bart has 21 years of experience in sales, management, strategy and operations of all departments in the company. He has had a passion for technology since the beginning of his career and is always looking for new and exciting challenges. Bart has joined STGC as Director of the Hackathon to give real value to the sports-tech community and encourage young people to connect their future with that prosperous, but still niche economy sector.

Michal Stawki is an entrepreneur from Warsaw, Poland. In the past, he founded startup Move Smart and created New Digital Street, a design and development studio with locations in Canada, Germany and Poland. He brings a wealth of experience which will assist the business and IT functions within STGC 21 to unite and collaborate efficiently.
Director of Mentorship and Health
Steve Frew is a Gold Medal winning Gymnast, being the first to win Gold in the sport for his Home Country, Scotland, at the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester. He has represented Great Britain and Scotland at 2 World Championships and 5 Commonwealth Games before applying the principles and work ethic he gained from competing to the world of business. Steve has joined the SportsTech Family to help head up the Philanthropy division as well as use his wealth of experience as Director of the Mentor Programme; working with students and other collaborators to ensure they reach their full potential.
Director of Event & Show Management
Jared Gerschwitz is an independent performer and Producer from South Australia. He has headed up several productions as lead producer and managed several tours of shows in Australia. He is bringing his experience in audience interaction and immersion and his knowledge of event production as Director of the Event, Head of Show management and lead presenter of STGC 21.
Analyst Philanthropy
Endrit is a graduate of King's College London. Currently, he is studying MSc Investment and Wealth Management at Imperial College London and is experienced in financial analysis and modelling. As a student entrepreneur he was responsible for three startup companies, one of which was sold. Endrit is very passionate about sports and enjoys following new technological developments as they are released. This has led him to be one of the first four students to join STGC 21 as Head of Philanthropy.
Analyst Philanthropy
Soukayna, a First-Class Honours graduate in Banking and Finance is studying for an MSc in Economics and Strategy for Business at Imperial College London. Having obtained and been awarded International Student of the Year, she has assisted in efforts to achieve the UN Sustainable And Development Goals through several organisations. She is the founder of a social enterprise working on women’s empowerment in Morocco. This arsenal will play a key part of STGC 21 assisting STGC’s key pillar, Philanthropy.
Social Media & Tech Admin Team Leader
Kyle is a recent LLB Law graduate from the University of Kent, with key interests in Sports, Economic, Immigration & Tech Law. He has been an avid sports player & fan for majority of his life, creating his own award-winning Football society at university. Kyle joined STGC as an intern in July 2020, displaying a great affinity for sports & technology, as well as superb team leadership skills, which have seen him rise through our ranks to Team Leader in both the Social Media and Tech Administration teams.
STGC Team Co-ordinator
Yoni is a First-Class graduate in MSc Business Administration in Global Business from Coventry University. He is a business analyst specialising in project management & business development. Yoni has been involved with STGC for over a year now, working within our Philanthropy team developing various strategies & projects directly for our charity partners. Yoni has proven to be an integral part of our STGC family, displaying the requisite skillset and mentality to take up the role of team co-ordinator.
Lead Media Presenter (Café 21 Host)
Ross is a graduate from the University of Aberdeen & Sheffield Hallam with degrees in MA, Politics & International Relations, and Journalism respectively. He has worked as a freelance Sports Journalist & Broadcaster for various broadcasters as well as a Data Analyst for Opta Sports. He has been the face of our Café 21 Series, interviewing various guests ranging from CEOs, celebrities, athletes & entrepreneurs.
